de mandat de gestion locative contient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis en cas de r\u00e9siliation (d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de relire les clauses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut varier de 1 \u00e0 3 mois, mais c\u2019est propre \u00e0 chaque contrat, <strong>donc v\u00e9rifiez le v\u00f4tre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis est de 3 mois et que le date anniversaire du contrat de mandat est le 11 juin, vous pourrez envoyer votre lettre de r\u00e9siliation jusqu\u2019au 11 mars maximum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien n\u2019interdit de l\u2019envoyer plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ecrire une lettre de r\u00e9siliation conforme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9siliation du contrat de mandat doit \u00eatre faite <strong>par \u00e9crit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien de mieux qu\u2019une bonne vieille lettre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019id\u00e9al, une <strong>lettre recommand\u00e9e avec demande d\u2019avis de r\u00e9ception<\/strong> afin de dater pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la demande de ciblez la date anniversaire du contrat, vous anticipez le pr\u00e9avis, <strong>et basta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste le cas o\u00f9 vous souhaitez r\u00e9silier alors que la date anniversaire du
