font-size: large;\">Chaque plateforme de location entre particuliers devra \u00e0 partir de cette date <b>transmettre aux communes la liste des meubl\u00e9s lou\u00e9s sur leur territoire<\/b>.<\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Un d\u00e9cret publi\u00e9 jeudi 31 octobre au Journal officiel \u00ab pr\u00e9cise les modalit\u00e9s et la fr\u00e9quence de transmission des informations qu\u2019une commune peut demander aux interm\u00e9diaire de location meubl\u00e9e \u00bb.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">D\u00e8s le 1er d\u00e9cembre donc, les communes, qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soumettre \u00e0 une <b>d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable aupr\u00e8s de la mairie<\/b> la mise en location d\u2019un meubl\u00e9 de tourisme, pourront demander <b>une fois par an<\/b> aux plateformes de location saisonni\u00e8re, de leur transmettre la liste d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des logements lou\u00e9s par leur interm\u00e9diaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Cela concerne les <b>communes de plus de 200.000 habitants<\/b> ou celles appartenant \u00e0 une <b>zone urbaine de plus de 50.000 habitants<\/b>.<\/span><br \/> <span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Ainsi, Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon ou Nice, ainsi que certaines communes de la banlieue proche de la capitale sont concern\u00e9s par cette d\u00e9marche car elles ont mis en place ce dispositif de d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">La plateforme qui en re\u00e7oit la demande\u00a0aura alors <b>un mois pour r\u00e9pondre et transmettre par voie \u00e9lectronique<\/b>, tout logement ayant fait l\u2019objet d\u2019<b>au moins une location dans la commune<\/b>, y compris si le logement n\u2019est plus offert \u00e0 la location \u00e0 la date de la demande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Les communes auront ainsi acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019<b>adresse<\/b> (b\u00e2timent, escalier, \u00e9tage et num\u00e9ro d\u2019appartement) et, lorsque la plateforme en a connaissance, le <b>num\u00e9ro de d\u00e9claration et le nombre de jours<\/b> o\u00f9 le logement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en location par son interm\u00e9diaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Le gouvernement entend ainsi renforcer le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des plateformes de location temporaire et emp\u00eacher les propri\u00e9taires de d\u00e9passer la limite l\u00e9gale de 120 jours par an de mise en location de leur r\u00e9sidence principale en passant par plusieurs plateformes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Depuis la mise en place de la loi Elan (\u00c9volution du logement, de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement et du num\u00e9rique) les plateformes num\u00e9riques doivent d\u00e9j\u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">dans les communes o\u00f9 la location saisonni\u00e8re n\u00e9cessite une d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable avec un num\u00e9ro d\u2019enregistrement, mentionner imp\u00e9rativement cet identifiant sur les annonces.
