Car le jaunissement d&rsquo;une peinture de mur ne rel\u00e8ve pas des r\u00e9parations locatives. Il n\u2019est pas du \u00e0 une <b>d\u00e9gradation volontaire du locataire<\/b> et vous ne pouvez donc pas lui demander de refaire la peinture du logement \u00e0 neuf lors de son d\u00e9part.
